Most projects represent a substantial investment of both time and money. Consistent, skillful Project Management from conception through to completion is vital. We have extensive experience of managing the implementation of projects, from re-planning a single department to major Corporate Relocations.
Work normally starts with the preparation of a business case, leading to feasibility studies and an agreement of a business plan. The key activities of agreeing the project brief and preparing the project plan and cost plan then follow. In parallel, we can take a lead in selecting the other members of the project team. During the implementation phase, management encompasses a range of activities including monitoring, measuring performance indicators, procurement, programming and reporting.
Throughout the process good communication – in every direction – is one of the most important prerequisites for a successful outcome. Effective contract management and cost control are also critical.
